EJ12 Girl Hero Book Trailer competition!

YAY! Amazing news. As many of you readers know there was a the EJ12 Girl Hero Book Trailer competition! Which I entered. If you were one of the winners there were two different categories.


The Most Votes Category: The video with the most votes would receive

• a school visit by Susannah McFarlane to their school;
• a complete set of signed EJ12 Girl Hero books, including the as yet unreleased Book 14 for both themselves and their school library;
• an EJ12 Girl Hero Secret Journal;
• and a SHINE Hoodie from the EJ12 Girl Hero Shop.

The Judges Vote Category: The five video's that the judges chose would receive

• two EJ12 Girl Hero Gift boxes;
• an EJ12 Girl Hero Secret Journal;
• and a signed copy of EJ12 Girl Hero Book 14.

I entered with my video. At first I was aiming for the most votes category. But I was so happy and flattered to see that I was one of the 5 Judges Prizes Winners and I will be receiving the Judges prizes listed above.


The judges also commented- We have been so impressed with the cleverness and creativity of all the entries but the Judges have decided that your daughter/student demonstrated significant creativity, hard work, preparation and care and, in some cases, great teamwork!

The judges thought this had real drama with a really imaginative start and a very thoughtful review of the series and book.

I would like to say thank you to the EJ12 Girl Hero Team for choosing my video, my Mom for her creative input, my awesome sister Issy for telling all her FB friends to vote, my whole family and anyone who voted or commented on my video!
